To cancel your membership, you can go to your PayPal or Stripe account dashboard on their respective sites by looking up “RDCTD” in your subscriptions then cancel from there. Or, you can contact us and we can cancel it for you.

Generally no. Once a new member signs up and logs in for the first time, that means you have access to all protected intel, so refunds are not granted after logging in. For Standard memberships that renew annually, you can request a refund within 24 hours after being charged for the renewal.
